SLIP Operations Coordination Group
The SLIP Operations Coordination Group (SLIP OCG), formerly the Program Coordination Committee (PCG), is the operational-level (development and post implementation maintenance) interagency group responsible for coordinating the efforts of the focus areas in the development and implementation of SLIP Projects as well as the maintenance and support of operational data services. SLIP OCG is a sub-set of the WALIS Committee.
The SLIP OCG was integrated into the WALIS Structure when SLIP and WALIS were amalgamated. SLIP Implementation and data services accountabilities currently encapsulate six components with their associated deliverables, shown below in no particular order:
- the Enabling Framework (EF)
- the Natural Resource Management (NRM) focus area
- the Emergency Management (EM) focus area
- the Interest Enquiry (IE) focus area
- the Electronic Land Development Process (eLDP) focus area, and
- Program Support (PS)
