The ANZLIC Metadata Project is a collaborative initiative between Australian and New Zealand jurisdictions and government agencies. ANZLIC is committed to harmonising existing efforts to develop a single metadata profile for Australia and New Zealand and has established a project team to deliver a metadata profile and entry tool. The project is being managed on behalf of ANZLIC by the Victorian Department of Sustainability and Environment.
