Communicating Spatial to the Unaware - Seminar

SSI YP Seminar - Thursday 15 May 2008 6 - 8pm. Come along to this seminar to understand the problems faced and how to better communication the value of our industry.

All too common surveyors and spatial professionals are selling their wares to organisations that are spatially unaware. This results in cross communication and a general lack of understanding on what we do in this profession. The old term ‘Google Earth’ does not adequately explain what we do and could potentially be undervaluing the industry. This seminar will focus on this topic with presentations from leading members on problems they have faced, and offer suggestions on how better to communicate and promote the value of our industry and your organisation.
