Registration Fees Explanation and Inclusions


##General Rate The General registration rate is applicable from Friday 1 July 2011 until Sunday 14 August 2011.


Full Registration

Includes one (1) ticket to the Welcome Reception, Closing Session and Gala Dinner, all conference sessions, meal breaks and a conference satchel.

Single Day Registration

This includes a conference satchel, entry to all conference sessions and all meal breaks on nominated day. The Gala Dinner is not included. The Tuesday single day registration includes the Welcome Reception. The Thursday single day registration includes the Closing Session.

*Light Registration

Light Registration is valid from Friday 1 July 2011 until Thursday 14 August 2011 and is for full-time students and/ or delegates from emerging and developing economies (to view a list of emerging and developing economies, click here). Evidence will be required.

Registration includes one (1) ticket to the Welcome Reception and Closing Session, all conference sessions,  meal breaks and a conference satchel. The Gala Dinner is not included.

**Late Registration

Is applicable from Monday 15 August 2011.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to International Conferences and Events (ICE) Pty Ltd.

Registration cancellations received up to and including  Monday 25 July 2011 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee and is payable upon cancellation.  Registration cancellations received between Tuesday 26 July 2011 and Thursday 4 August 2011 will receive a 50% refund (minimum of $150).  No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Tuesday 4 August 2011.

Shared organisation/department registrations are not available or permitted for the Conference.

International Conferences and Events (ICE) Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry and/ or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and a risk to others.

All registrations received by International Conferences and Events (ICE) Pty Ltd will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conferences and Events (ICE) Pty Ltd.

Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and no refund will be given.

DISCLAIMER

The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the Conference Program.

LIABILITY/ INSURANCE
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, WALIS, ISDE7, NRM, CRCSI and ICE (Aust) Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. Nor can WALIS, ISDE7, NRM, CRCSI and International Conferences and Events (ICE) Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
